Jagruti Oza

With more than two decades of experience as COO & P&L Head of tech-enabled businesses, I have jump started sustainable growth by focusing on value, launching new products, entering new market segments, and closing acquisitions. I have quickly taken businesses to the next level by deeply understanding the business situation, leveraging evidence/data analytics to align teams, and challenging conventional thinking to drive innovative solutions. I’ve done this transformation across healthcare – pharma, employer/payer and provider sectors – in both entrepreneurial and large global organizations. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about technology, innovation and transformation. Now, at ThirdAI Ventures, I am committed to unlock value by leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities with human collaboration systemically within the enterprise to be the innovative force for sustainable business transformation.

During my career, I have started-up a chemical plant in communist Poland, headed power plant operations in New Jersey, advised clients as a management consultant at Bain & Company, led businesses as a C-suite executive at Nielsen, Solucient, Wolters Kluwer Health, and Cancer Expert Now.
