ThirdAI Ventures, pronounced ThirdEye Ventures. In mythology, our third eye is the seat of intuition that opens our inner vision. At my core, I want to make meaningful impact – to my team, my business and the community at large by opening up our wisdom and deeper vision.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has many forms. Analytical AI creates insights, predictions and recommendations and has been available for many years. Generative AI launched broadly in 2022, the fastest technology adapted by us, creates new content in a very human like manner. Agentic AI, more recently, is a tool for autonomous performance and decision making under specific parameters.

This is just the beginning. 

While there are many AI tools with more being developed, we need human intelligence to bring critical thinking, non-linear logic and judgement to optimize outcomes along with the AI tools. 

Here’s the shocking fact – 70% of all AI initiatives fail due to Behavioral change—not technology. And, increasingly scarce A+ talent and executional capability is now the critical bottleneck to sustainable growth. Let’s recognize technology doesn’t transform unless humans do.
